Biography

Dr. Zongjin LI is Chair Professor, Institute of Applied Physics and Materials Engineering at University of Macau, China. Dr. Zongjin LI did his doctorate at Northwestern University.His current research projects include:
1. Development of high modulus concrete for tall buildings, CIC13EG04
2. High performance magnesium phosphate cement based bipolar plate for fuel cell, ITF (NAMI) ITP/033/12NP

Durability of concrete; organic materials modified concrete; fiber reinforced concrete (interface property characterization, strain-hardening material development); nondestructive testing in civil engineering (acoustic emission, infrared, impact echo); development of advanced building products using extrusion technique; high toughness concrete; high modulus concrete; nano and functional materials in civil engineering.
